we received them. Occasionally, something happens during the move and some damage occurs.
The Internet U.S. Statement of Claim has been created to assist you in filing your claim.
Before you begin, please have the following documents at hand: Household Goods Carrier's Bill of Lading and Freight Bill
Household Goods Descriptive Inventory
You will need your Reference Number, which can be found in the
upper right corner of your Bill of Lading, to complete the form.
Because all damaged items must be available for our inspection,
please do not begin any repairs and do not dispose of any damaged items or cartons.
You will receive an acknowledgement of our receipt of your claim through
U.S. Mail or by Email. This will include a reference number for your claim.
